Li’l Woodzeez is celebrating its 15th anniversary! Each month of this year, we’ll be taking a closer look at one chosen family and recognizing all the things that make it special. We want to give a big round of applause to all the wonderful Famileez that make up our beloved town of Honeysuckle Hollow!
This August, we’re putting the Tippytail Foxes on center stage. Say hello!
There are four bright-eyed and bushy-tailed members of this family: Mom Suzy, Dad Tommy, and kids Howie and Cookie. The parents are teachers at the Woodland Schoolhouse! There, they teach all the li’l kiddos of Honeysuckle Hollow their ABCs, 1-2-3s, and everything in between. Patient and sympathetic, the Tippytail Foxes are wonderful teachers who are known to lend their ears to anyone in need. They treat everyone with kindness!
Fun Facts About the Tippytail Foxes
- Master of Voices: Dad Tommy is an amazing storyteller. He puts on all kinds of fun accents during the storytimes he gives to students!
- Baby Artist: Cookie loves art! Every day, she crafts a new painting or a portrait made with crayons.
- Happy Campers: Every summer, the Tippytail Foxes join the Vanderhoof Moose on a camping trip. They love to cook s’mores and tell stories around the campfire!
- Pumpkin Hunters: Mom Suzy hosts a fall scavenger hunt for everyone in Honeysuckle Hollow! The first team to find everything on her list wins a pile of new storybooks.
- Sly as a Fox: Howie is a foodie in the making. He knows where all the good treats are stashed inside the Woodland Schoolhouse!
Did you know?
In their storybook, the Tippytail Foxes run the Cares-a-Lot Kindergarten. There is no playset for this part of Honeysuckle Hollow, but you can find the Tippytails teaching at the Woodland Schoolhouse just as well.
The Tippytails can also be found in the digital world with the Li’l Woodzeez app for smartphones and tablets. In this game, kids can interact with the Tippytails in their home!
